SAESL currently employs over 800 personnel, 90 per cent of whom are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents. SAESL attracts and retains skilled employees as well as developing our own technicians and inspectors. We typically recruit around 30 to 60 employees a year in line with our growth expectations.
SAESL understands that it is our people who made what SAESL is today. We celebrate its success with various company events, which foster stronger working relationships amongst ourselves. Through team work, we continue to go from strength to strength.
